The firm of G. M. & Co. consisted of two partners, G. M. resident in the colony and T. M. resident in London. Judgment was recovered against both partners, and execution issued, which was returned unsatisfied. Upon these grounds sequestration of the partnership estate was sought, the Order nisi stating that G. M. had within six months before petition committed an act of insolvency whereby the creditors of G. M. & Co. might be defeated, or delayed.
