An affidavit sworn abroad before a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of Victoria, verifying the execution of a power of attorney to apply for administration, but not intituled in any Court or matter, may be used, and the omission obviated, by making it an exhibit to a formal affidavit of the applicant.
