Where a settlor conveys property absolutely to trustees upon certain trusts, and divests himself entirely of all interest in the settled property, such settlement does not come within sec. 112 of the Administration and Probate Act 1890, even although, at the settlor’s death, all the trusts of the settlement have not been satisfied and beneficiaries may not attain interests in possession for years afterwards.
