Where an order is made upon an application under sec. 170 of the Licensing Act 1890 for the disqualification of hotel premises upon a conviction for an offence where there have been two previous convictions for similar offences, and the owner of the premises has not been served with notice of the first conviction, such owner is entitled to have the order cancelled under sec. 192.
