By rule 119 of the "Divorce and Matrimonial Rules 1885" it is provided that "in all cases in which the Court at the hearing of a cause condemns any party to the suit in costs the proctor of the party to whom costs are to be paid may forthwith obtain an appointment for the taxation of his bill of costs provided that such taxation shall not take place before the time allowed for moving for a new trial or rehearing shall have expired. . . ."
