Where in an action by the manufacturer of an article for wrongful sale by the defendant of an article not of the plaintiff’s manufacture as and for one of the plaintiff’s manufacture it is alleged that divers persons have been induced to purchase the article of the defendant’s manufacture as and for that of the plaintiff, the Court will not order the particulars to be given of the names and addresses of the persons alleged to have been induced to purchase the article from the defendant.
