The Judge before whom an order nisi to review a decision of justices is moved absolute has an untrammelled power over the general costs of the whole proceedings, and therefore the Judge who grants the order nisi has no jurisdiction when granting the order to limit this power by the imposition of terms as to the costs of the order upon its return.
