Per HOOD, J. The Registrar of Probates is by sec. 29 of the Administration and Probate Act 1890 (No. 1060) given power not only to issue letters of administration but to grant them, and such grant is made when he expresses his opinion that the Court would on the affidavits before him grant administration. Where such grant has been made by the Registrar, a person desiring to bring the question whether such grant ought to have been made before the Court must apply to revoke the grant. Such application may be made by motion upon notice given to the administrator.
