Per HOLROYD and HODGES, JJ. (MADDEN, C.J., dissentiente). Where money has been deposited in a bank by a receiver appointed by the Court in an action, this does not constitute such money Crown money, so as to entitle the Crown to priority over other creditors of the bank in winding-up proceedings.
