Part of a testator’s estate consisted of deposit receipts and shares in reconstructed banks. The market value of the deposit receipts was less than the principal sums appearing on their face as payable. The shares had no market value at the time of the death of the testator, and there were sums due upon these shares for calls, payable at certain fixed dates.
