On a rule nisi in the alternative, calling upon an administratrix to show cause why letters of administration, granted to her by the registrar, should not be revoked, or why she should not find additional security, on the ground that the property was over 500l., whereas she had sworn it to be 200l., the Court came to the conclusion, on the facts, that the property was, in fact, under 500l. but considerably more than 200l. in value, and ordered her to give additional security, and that, in default, administration should be revoked.
