A collateral agreement entered into between the same parties at the time of the making of an agreement to give a bill of sale, though it may have acted as an additional inducement to the grantor to give the bill of sale, and even though he would not have given it if such agreement had not been arrived at, need not be referred to in the bill of sale, if in fact it did not form one of the terms on which it was given.
