Sec. 134 of the County Court Act 1890 (No. 1078), providing for an appeal by motion from the judgment, decree, or order of a County Court "at any time within seven days after the same has been made or given, or within such further time as may be allowed by any rule of the Supreme Court," applies to a general rule relating to applications for further time, not to an order in any particular case granting it.
