The complainants in a complaint to recover wages sued the defendants in the court of Petty Sessions at S., which was more easy of access to the complainants than any other. The defendants, who were suing the present complainants at the court at H., applied to have the proceedings remanded to H. The justices granted the application. Upon an application for a mandamus compelling the justices to hear the proceedings at S: Held that the justices at S. had no power to remand the case to the court at H. Held also that the Full Court has jurisdiction to entertain the application, in the first instance, for a mandamus.
